No stock was bought or sold by two or more members of Congress within 14 days in filings from November 2026. That happens in a quiet month, and we would rather show you an empty board than pad it.

How we build this

We start with the filings members of Congress have to make under the STOCK Act. We keep the ones disclosed in the month, then look for a company that two or more members disclosed buying, or selling, within 14 days of each other. Those are the groups you see above, ordered by how many members took part, then by the size of the amounts, then by how recent they are.

Every member is checked against the official lists first: the Senate contact list and the House Clerk member list. This month 41 names were checked and 0 dropped. A name that is not on those lists never appears here.

Committee seats come from the public congress-legislators dataset, and we only state the seat a member holds. We do not tell you what a seat means about a trade.

Broad index and money-market funds are left out of the groups above, because two members disclosing a purchase of an S&P 500 fund in the same fortnight is housekeeping, not a story. They still count in the totals.

What we leave out

Not published. We do not show how past clusters did until that measurement has been tested.

Disclosures cover trades by a member, their spouse or a dependent child. Our source does not say which.

You will find no entry prices, no exits and no position sizes on this page. It is a record of what was filed, not a plan.
