Terms of Service

1. Service Description

World State Trading (formerly The Signal) is operated by The Signal Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). The name changed on 19 September 2026. The company you are contracting with did not.

World State Trading provides quantitative market commentary, trading signal analysis, and educational content through daily newsletters and web-based publications.

2. Subscription Tiers

  • Forecast (Free): Market context, educational content, no payment required.
  • Brief ($49/mo or $490/yr): Story-to-market mapping, storm alerts, the Income Book, My Book, and ten Pulse Check reads a day.
  • Desk ($79/mo or $790/yr): Everything in the Brief plan, plus the Newswatch Book, the Insider Trading Book, the live dashboard, and community.
  • Single books: the Income Book ($29/mo), the Insider Trading Book ($29/mo) and the Newswatch Book ($49/mo) may each be bought on their own without a plan. Single books do not combine with a plan.

There is no free trial: every plan bills when you subscribe and you keep access for the full period you paid for. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime through your account page or Stripe customer portal: cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, monthly or annual.

All sales are final. Cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period you paid for.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, analyses, signals, and commentary are the intellectual property of World State Trading. Subscribers may not redistribute, resell, or republish any content without written permission.

4. Prohibited Use

  • Reselling or redistributing subscription content
  • Automated scraping or data extraction
  • Using content to operate a competing service
  • Sharing account credentials

5. Limitation of Liability

World State Trading is not liable for any trading losses, investment decisions, or financial outcomes based on its publications. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes. No guarantees of accuracy or profitability are made.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Content is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. World State Trading does not warrant that signals will be profitable or that the service will be uninterrupted.

7. Changes to Terms

World State Trading reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
